• Beard oil products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a return or replacement.
• To be eligible for a return due to a defect, please provide a photo of the damaged item along with your order number.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges for items unless the product you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
• If you received the wrong product or an item was damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange or a replacement.

Refunds:

• Refunds are only provided for items that were received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

5. Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning products (except in cases of damage or incorrect items).
• Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
